J. Joseph Salon's cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours advance notice when cancelling an appointment. If a guest does not show for a scheduled appointment, or fails to cancel within 24 hours on 3 occasions, the guest will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit (cash or credit) in order to book another appointment. Deposit will be applied toward the guest's service total, or in the event of no-show or insufficient cancellation, the deposit will be forfeit.
