Yes, we provide complimentary consultations for all our new clients. During the consultation, our experienced stylists will discuss your hair goals, analyze your hair type, and recommend personalized treatments and styles to best suit your needs.

What is your cancelation policy?
Out of respect for our providers, we request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If a guest has failed to give adequate notice on three (3) separate occasions, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the next appointment. If a deposit was secured for your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, or the secured deposit will be forfeited.
