Texture Services
Prior to booking any texture service (e.g., perm, keratin, extensions) for the first time, a consultation is required. This ensures we understand your needs and can provide the best possible service.
Service Adjustment
We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with the result of your service, you may request a service adjustment within one (1) week of the original service date. This adjustment will be of the same service with the same consultant at no additional cost. If you prefer not to return to the same employee for a redo, you may receive service from another employee, at no charge, within one week of the initial service. In this case, the situation will be referred to Management, who will select another employee based on the individual situation.
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our providers, we request at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. If a guest has failed to give adequate notice on three (3) separate occasions, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the next appointment. If a deposit was secured for your appointment, please provide a 24-hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, or the secured deposit will be forfeited.
Minor's Policy
Stylists are not permitted to perform color services on guests under 16 years of age. Any minor under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian present during their service consultation before receiving services in the salon.
Hair Extensions Policy
The terms and conditions for hair extensions are governed by a separate written agreement between J Joseph Salon and the guest (“Hair Extension Agreement”). This agreement must be signed prior to a guest’s hair extension appointment.
Return Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. However, if you find any purchased retail items to be defective or unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please provide the original receipt as proof of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased and must be returned in original packaging.

Please note that this policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please contact us.

Changes & Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Salon Policy at our discretion. When we make changes to this policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Any changes to this Salon Policy will become effective when we post the revised Salon Policy on the Site.
