Cosmetology Apprenticeship in Tampa Bay
You work beside one mentor every day, earn our Principle-Based Design certification, and graduate as a Foundation Stylist at one of our Tampa Bay salons.
THE PROGRAM AT A GLANCE
New to the industry
Recent cosmetology graduates, students close to completing their hours, and licensed stylists or barbers who want a structured start instead of figuring it out alone. No salon experience required.
Cut, color, styling
Our haircutting, hair color and styling system, product knowledge, guest relations, and the business side of being a stylist. Taught in our home office classroom and on demand.
One mentor, every day
You are paired with a high-level stylist and work alongside them on real guests from week one. National educators are flown in through the year to teach the whole team.

What comes after
Career path · Foundation Stylist to Level 8
Graduating is the start. The same Level System that sets guest pricing sets your path. Benefits, education and the leadership track are on our Careers page.
Foundation Stylist

Leadership, education, ownership
Mentor an apprentice, become an educator, join the leadership program, or go on to management with profit share and salon ownership.
