J. Joseph Salon’s associate program provides newer graduates with supplemental training to advance your technical and business skills. Junior stylists earn a guaranteed hourly wage while learning the finer details of cutting, coloring, and styling hair. We offer a tiered talent system, so as your skills grow, so does your income. Our number one goal is guest satisfaction.
