The process
How it works
Consultation and trial
An in-person consultation and trial at one of our Tampa Bay locations. Your stylist assesses your hair, reviews inspiration, designs the final look and confirms exact pricing.
Deposit
A 50% deposit reserves your date. Your booking is confirmed once the consultation and trial are completed.
Preparation
Your stylist works from the plan made at your trial, so the day goes exactly as rehearsed.
Event day
At a location or on site, your stylist arrives fully prepared to deliver your finalized look.

Pricing depends on the complexity of the style, the length and density of your hair, and whether the service is at a location or on site. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation and trial.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, we recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed. Popular dates fill quickly, especially during peak seasons.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
Yes. All Special Occasion Hair services require a consultation and trial. This allows your stylist to properly assess your hair, design your look, and confirm pricing.
What is a trial session?
A trial is a full rehearsal of your event-day hairstyle. During this session, your stylist will finalize your look, test techniques, and ensure every detail is planned ahead of your event.
Can I book without a trial?
All bookings require completion of the consultation and trial process. In select cases, VIP guests may complete this process remotely with approval from management.
Can you accommodate my full bridal party?
Absolutely. We plan and coordinate styling for bridal parties of all sizes, including additional stylists when needed.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

Can I bring my own extensions?
Yes. Please inform your stylist during the consultation so proper planning can be done. Extensions should be brought to your trial.
Can I change my hairstyle during the event?
Each booking includes one completed hairstyle. Additional looks can be arranged in advance as an add-on service.
